The air-fresheners in the hotel were not pleasant, emitting a strong and overpowering scent.

The Turkish staff of the KIilikya Palace were more than I expected. They were all professional and made our honeymoon with great memories! My wife is from Turkey and she was even impressed with the staff and the service. We will make this our annual honeymoon hotel for many years to come.

The only thing I didn't like was that they turned off the Air Conditioner at night and the climate was very warm and hot and at night we were sleeping uncomfortable. I recommend that staff keep the Air Conditioner System on at all times, because people with medical conditions could suffer from this. I paid for a full service and the Air Condintioner is one of them. Customers shouldn't be force or not be able to use their a/c at their leisure time and not to worry about if its going to be hot in the room. Service the customers with an smile and don't turn on the a/c at night. I paid for a full service...

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that offer guests a relaxing and exclusive experience. From the stunning spa center to the outdoor swimming pool and beach access, the hotel is perfect for those who want to unwind and recharge. the entertainment program is also comprehensive, with numerous activities available to suit all ages. We particularly loved the delicious food and drinks served at the bar and restaurant, with plenty of options to choose from. Cons: We experienced a minor issue during our stay, as the Wi-Fi connection was not consistent in some areas of the hotel. this did not affect our overall experience as there were many other features of this hotel that we enjoyed.

First the Positive: The Animation team:.a handful of six people. Is the best thing about this hotel.They create a great atmosphere and literally lift up the level of this hotel with their friendliness,personal involvement and interaction with the guests the whole day, their sense of humour ,games oragnistaion...etc etc They are at it ..the whole day long ! Then in the evenings,they present shows with dance and theatre.Its a small production but very professionally done and so genuinely funny and entertaining...we laughed so much !!Daily , Mini disco and kids club by the lovely wonderful Mila!!! Kids love her and she loves the kids.These people are really an asset for this hotel.....The Animation team:Ehsaan,Mila, Ermaan,Eddo,Borak,Joseph.....Thank you !!! Ali at the bar is very friendly and must mention Semsetgan..a waiter in the main reataurant..very polite and friendly and helpful. Food buffet was good enough and with variety.It was a fun stay with the kids. The beach is right there too attached to the hotel..a big plus!Very conviniently located.

Negative about this Hotel: We were in Turkey for the first time.With kids,looking forward to a warm holiday with lot of swimming .Outdoor pool is ofcourse cold in October,as expected.BUT..they have an indoor pool...ICE COLD.The jacuzzi is cold too.The hotel is full in October and they could not be bothered about keeping the indoor pool heated .The front desk was not too interested in having a discussion about this.NOBODY Was using the pools and jacuzzi, but they just ignore that!!! .... But the attitude of front desk is opposite to that of the Animation team..in other issues also.......

Cats were all around you animation was poor. All the customers were old.so we did not enjoy the disco.

The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and kept clean throughout my stay.

Everything was spot-on.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the beautiful and well-decorated surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious and modern rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a nice bathroom. the food options in the restaurants were diverse and each day offered different choices.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the WiFi connection was unreliable, causing a lot of inconvenience for guests who needed to stay connected.

For our Christmas vacation, we stayed at a hotel that had a lot to offer. the breakfast buffet was amazing with a variety of options. the location was perfect - it was close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the free access to the sauna and steam room, which was a great way to relax and unwind.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the room we stayed in was quite small and the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.
